The Blind Lead the Blind is the sixteenth chapter in Before They Are Hanged.

Chapter Summary

Although Logen has no wish to lead, remembering all the men who put their faith in him in the past and met a bloody end, he steps up and offers leadership to the wayward party. The First of the Magi lies unconscious on the back of a wagon. Quai explains that using the Art is inherently risky, and Bayaz will recover in time … probably.²

Logen insists they will continue to the bridge in Aulcus as Bayaz had planned. Ferro and Jezal give him surprising little resistance; however, Longfoot tries to dissuade him. But Logen stands firm, and they head towards Aulcus with Bayaz in tow.
